'Soap Queen' Ekta Kapoor has always been constructive in helping people making it big in the glamour industry. And now, the successful producer is all set to launch television actor Sara Khan on the silver screen with her film 'Dark Rainbow'.
Sara Khan, who was applauded for her fiction show Bidaai and criticised for her stay in Bigg Boss 4, will now be seen in the film. She will be reportedly playing a band member. Mayur, a newcomer is the male lead of the film and will be playing Sara's love interest. The film is about a band called Rainbow and how after the death of their lead singer, the rest of the bandmates take the band forward.
Abhik Bhanu will be directing the film and it will be produced under Ekta Kapoor's film banner ALT.
Let's see if Sara will be able to make it as big as other Balaji actors, who've made a mark for themselves in Bollywood.
